Master Ninja Level 1 DS run, no UT/ninpo/item, open chest

no UT, no ninpo, no items unless I got so stuck and couldn't move on for 3 hours.
everything else is fair game, I will open every single chest, pick up all the items and upgrade other weapons for the lulz.
most of the fight I will probably spam projectiles and keep it simple to avoid dying between save points that are far apart, but I will try not to spam izuna drops unless I am against gajas.

technically the run should end at ch 13 because I get TDS by ch 14, but I will keep going to see if I could beat dagra dai using these restrictions.

fights that will give me problems:
- armadillo - DONE! used UT once, but not gonna dwell on it
- zedonius 1st fight - DONE!
- 2 rasetsu's - DONE!
- dagra dai - DONE!

NOTE, all videos do not have stereo audio because I was missing one splitter. only the white pin was used because the red pin does not have the majority of the attack cues for me to play properly.

this is going to take a while to upload, even on the fastest internet I could find, uploading ch 1 still took me 3 hours.

Armadillo and Zedo will definitely be a pain.......Zedo in theory is possible but it will take you ALOT of effort, but Armadillo......I cant imaging how that can be done with lvl 1 DS and without anything (unless you upgrade your health and use some talisman). I'm looking forward to your progress bro

lol, I just did amradillo no ninpo no item 1 UT with DS lv1.
I did upgrade my health bar because I like to open every single chest and pick up everything, but lv 1 DS couldn't deal jack for damage.

zeonius is the hardest fight ever, maybe next to dagra dai? the gajas and zedonius work in tandem and there's just too little time for me to deal with 3 waves of gajas

finished zedonius fights, once using 1 grain, and the other time using UT no items no ninpo.
just dagra dai, and then the whole thing is complete.

I redid zedonius fight, and finally owned his bitch ass.
there was once I almost got perfect until the very last bit I missed a flying swallow to his fireball shooting and died...

there are many openings to attack dagradai, I mostly followed iraqoz's method (that was some crazy discovery, never seen those before),
- after he finished 3 hit sword combo, TTT ground combo
- after jump dodging his lightning bolts for about 6~8 times, go to him and do the izuna drop input combo, time the number of jumps so your combo finishes after he does the sword dash grab
- when he's doing that idle posing dance, either flying swallow his ass or izuna drop combo him

biggest problem with dagra dai is his grab. it LAST FOREVER!!! the entire moving forward motion is his hit box, and even if you dodge the 1st bit, if you are close to the path you will still get grabbed. I always forgot to wind run after dodging so I got grabbed a lot.

after about a couple dozen deaths from his grabs, I just said fuck it and went all out burning my life while trying to shave his. I knew archifiend fight will refill my life bar for free so it's all good. TDS does MAD DAMAGE compare to DS LV 1 so I basically just whacked away at him until he was dead.

the difference between my take and iraqoz's take was that he was going with original lifebar. I could whack away at dagra dai like nobody's business while he has to play more carefully. after chapter 13, I was basically tripping on TDS power.
